Hello! I am Piyola Derbarseghian, MA, AMFT, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#144657).
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and relational challenges. My practice also supports those experiencing emotional or physical disconnection, intimacy concerns, and sexual issues. Many of my clients are high-performing professionals and perfectionists, men and women who appear to have everything together yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain in their personal lives and relationships.

All sessions are conducted through secure telehealth, allowing clients to attend therapy from the comfort of their own home. This format provides flexibility for busy schedules and removes the barriers of commuting or travel.
